These Terms & Conditions explain how our products and services work, what you can expect when purchasing from us, and your rights as a customer.We have tried to keep them straightforward. Our products and servicesDragonfly provides career guidance, interview preparation resources and personalised advice based on practical recruitment experience.Our current offering includes:Interview Field Guides (£30)Downloadable PDF guides covering career planning and interview preparation, available in two editions:- All Careers Edition
- Accountancy & Finance EditionCareer Profile Review (£40)A personalised written review of your CV and/or LinkedIn profile, intended to help you understand how employers and recruiters may perceive your experience and professional presentation.Career Strategy Session (£175)A 60-minute, one-to-one online session with an experienced Dragonfly adviser, offering personalised career planning, interview preparation or other career-related guidance. We may offer a free introductory discovery call before you book.The description and price of each product or service will be displayed before you purchase. Prices may change in future, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.## 3. Purchasing and paymentPayments are processed securely through Stripe.By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm your purchase. We will provide confirmation of your purchase by email or another durable means.All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be clearly identified before payment.## 4. Interview Field Guides: delivery and use### DeliveryOur Interview Field Guides are supplied as downloadable PDF files.Following successful payment, and subject to any legally required consent to immediate supply, you will be given access to the relevant PDF through the payment confirmation page.Please download and save your copy for future reference.If you experience any difficulties accessing or opening your Field Guide, email [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem promptly and provide an alternative copy where necessary.### Permitted useWhen you purchase a Field Guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it.You may download, save and print copies for your own personal use.You must not, without our prior written permission:- Redistribute, resell or publish the Field Guide.
- Upload it to publicly accessible websites or file-sharing platforms.
- Reproduce substantial parts of it in another commercial product.

Career Profile ReviewsA Career Profile Review involves an assessment of the CV, LinkedIn profile or other career information you provide.After purchasing, you will be asked to supply the relevant material so that we can carry out the review.We will provide personalised written feedback, usually by email, within the timeframe confirmed when you place your order.The review is based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate and that you have permission to share any materials relating to other individuals.If additional information is needed, we may contact you before completing the review.The purpose of the service is to provide constructive, professional advice. It does not guarantee an interview invitation, job offer or particular recruitment outcome.## 6. Career Strategy SessionsCareer Strategy Sessions normally last 60 minutes and take place online using a video conferencing platform.A free discovery call may be offered to help determine whether a session would be useful. There is no obligation to purchase a paid session following a discovery call.### Booking and reschedulingOnce a session has been arranged, we will confirm the appointment details.If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, where possible.We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests made at shorter notice.If you cannot attend and do not notify us, we may seek to recover reasonable costs resulting from the missed appointment, where permitted by law. Any charge will reflect our actual loss and will not be an automatic penalty.If we need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we will offer you an alternative time. If no suitable alternative can be agreed, you will receive a refund for any paid session that has not been delivered.### Nature of the adviceWe aim to provide thoughtful, practical advice based on recruitment experience and the information you share with us.However, decisions about employment, applications, interviews and career changes ultimately remain yours. We cannot guarantee any particular career or recruitment outcome.## 7. Your cancellation and refund rightsYour statutory consumer rights apply to all our products and services. The arrangements differ between digital downloads and personalised services.### A. Interview Field GuidesWhen purchasing digital content online, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period.Where you expressly consent to receiving the Field Guide immediately, acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once digital supply begins, and we provide the legally required confirmation, that cancellation right ends when supply begins.If these requirements have not been met, you retain the cancellation and refund rights provided by law.Regardless of cancellation arrangements, you retain your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.If your PDF is defective or inaccessible, please contact us so that we can put things right. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate replacement, price reduction or refund.### B. Career Profile Reviews and Career Strategy SessionsFor services purchased online, you normally have 14 days from the date the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.If you expressly ask us to begin providing a service during that period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already completed if you subsequently cancel, provided the legal requirements for early performance have been satisfied.If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and the required acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end.If the service has not begun and you cancel within the applicable cancellation period, you will receive a full refund.Outside your statutory cancellation rights, please contact us if you need to cancel. We will consider refunds fairly, taking account of work already performed, costs reasonably incurred and whether an appointment can be rearranged.### C.
